01Before your pickup

• Have your driver’s license with you, and proof of insurance if you’re using your own.
• Chose delivery? Text us the exact address after you book, so we know where to bring the car.
• Before your start time, we’ll text you how to get in: we unlock the car remotely, or we send you a lockbox code.

02Where to find the car

03Getting in

Text us when you arrive. We unlock the car remotely and the key is inside, or you open the lockbox with your code to get the key. Keep the code private.

04Before you drive

• Take photos of all four sides of the car
• Take photos of the inside
• Take a photo of the dashboard showing the mileage and fuel or charge
• Text the photos to us and tell us about any damage you see

Damage you don’t report before driving is treated as happening during your rental, so these photos protect you.

05During your trip

• Every rental includes 100 miles a day. Extra miles are $0.65 each.
• No smoking or vaping. Pets only if we agree in advance.
• Orange County’s toll roads are cashless. Pay any tolls you use at TheTollRoads.com within 5 days.
• Bring it back with the same fuel or charge level you got it with.
• Running late or want more days? Text us before your return time.

06Returning the car

• Return it where you picked it up, at another spot in our delivery area, or at our pickup lot. Let us know which.
• Park, take the same photos again, lock the car and leave the key as instructed.
• Text us when you’re done. We check the car and release your deposit.

07If something goes wrong

Call 911 if anyone is hurt, then call us and the police. You pay the deductible on any insurance claim, whether you use your own insurance or coverage you bought from us. The full details are in the rental agreement.
